It defined goals strategically; adopted and implemented courses of action and ultimately reinforced and introduced modified system within the global work environment. The passed year's experience has further boosted the expertise in software product lifecycle management. The addition of number of clients to company's portfolio in FY 2005-06 is advocating its masterdom in its core services offerings. Envisaging company's growth Devendra Deshmukh, CEO e-Zest, said, "We are growing very fast from last four year. To match our future growth. We are now in the process of charting out emphatic recruitment strategy for the coming year. If we do not do that now, we will fall short in terms of resources. Also e-Zest this year planning to participate in international exhibitions like OutsourceWorld and CeBit".
The company has managed to get 5.6 on 7 point scale in the customer satisfaction survey. The customer retention percentage is high making it in forth quadrant. Amol Pande, COO e-Zest, admits that this level of satisfaction and retention is possible only through customer centric approach. Delivering around 25 projects on variety of platforms and technologies was possible due to continuous technology adaptation and innovation.
When asked about future Ashish Gupta, CTO e-Zest, he said, "We have done it and we will continue to do it". Explaining it he narrated, "We got our ISO 9001:2000 in first assessment and we have chalked out detailed action plan for CMMi certification". He further said the main focus for this year will be on new generation technologies like RFID and mobile with equal stress on matured specialties.
